Software Required:

1. Latest version of Java J2EE for Windows XP - free at http://java.sun.com. Please be aware that J2EE stands for Java 2 Enterprise Edition.
2. Latest version of JCreator Pro --- available from http://www.jcreator.com
3. Latest version of Java Netbean - availabe from at http://java.sun.com
4. Access to the Monash University Oracle Server (orac.its.monash.edu.au) running at least Oracle 8.5

• Software is required one week before teaching semester begins
• Sun J2EE SDK requires system adminstrator to edit Windows XP's system variable 'PATH' to include the "bin" subfolder in Java's home directory(e.g. "c:\java_home_directory\bin") and the current directory represented with "." .
